Series QX:
The QX pumps are the 5th generation of Bucher internal gear pumps, which have proven themselves in thirty years of service around the world. Numerous improvements have been made to the straightforward and robust design.

Extremely long service life
-Volumetric efficiency up to 98%
-Suitable for use with variable speed drivers
-Can be used with fire resistant fluids (HFB, HFC and HFD
= QXV), fuels, biodegradable and low-viscosity fluids
-Certifications by ATEX 2, ABS, DNV, GL, LR, NK, ...

Series QXV:
The QXV unit is an internal gear pump for low-viscosity fluids. By using several pump stages connected in series, pressures to 250 bar can be developed with high efficiency
at viscosities of around 1 mm2/s . The QXV is being used with great success to pump aviation jet fuel, automotive fuels, paraffin oil/kerosene, brake fluids, Pentosin and HFA
fluids.

-250 bar can be developed at viscosities around 0,8 mm2/s [cSt]
-Temperatures up to 160°C are possible
-Suitable for ATEX compliant explosion protection Ex II 3 G T3 and T4
-Used successfully to pump kerosene, diesel fuel, brake fluids, Pentosin and HFA
-Suitable for use with variable speed drivers

Series QXM

The QXM drive unit can be used in open- and closed-loop hydrostatic drives, and can operate both as a pump and as a motor. Used as a fully bi-directional pump/motor (four-quadrant operation), the unit controls a complete motion cycle of a cylinder. Fast acceleration/deceleration sequences can be achieved.

-Very low noise levels
-400 bar maximum pressure
-Suitable for special fluids such as HFB, HFC, HFD and bio-degradables
-Suitable for variable-speed operation
-ATEX: II 3 G EEx c II T3 and II 3 G EEx c II T4
