It consists of an ejector/pump, mounted directly on the suction cup, which in this case is the magic cup system.
They only require the supply of compressed air to create a vacuum, and they are particularly well-designed where few lifting points are needed, or where you want to ensure that the product is not dropped should the main pump fail as in a separate pump/cup system.
Magic gripper is also especially well suited in production lines, as they can be used in all applications from stacking, palletizing, bag opening, box folding etc.
They can be equipped with suction cups for absolutely any type of surface, from low to high temperature, food-approved cups for direct lifting of food, and handle thin bags or heavy cardboard boxes.
